This specialist construction and development company based in North London seeks an experienced Finance Manger to manage and control their finance function. Reporting into the directors, your duties will include:
- Full responsibility of Management Accounts and Year End processes. Management of budgets.
- Producing Profit and Loss statements and preparation of the Balance sheet Preparation of cash-flow forecasts
- CIS returns.
- VAT returns.
- PAYE returns.
- Multiple monthly bank reconciliations.
- Accounts reconciliation.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrable finance background within the construction industry together with excellent SAGE and Excel skills. This role offers variety together with security and progression.
