Legal Compliance Manager
You will be responsible for both Conflicts and AML and have a high level of responsibility, performing analysis and making recommendations on the course of action. You will build strong relationships with senior stakeholders in the business and to have strong communication with all staff. You will update staff on regulatory changes and maintain a library of reference material as well as arranging regular training.
You will also be responsible for developing and updating the firm’s compliance procedures, registers and policies. You will be conversant with the SRA Handbook, SRA Account Rules, conflict checking and AML. You will report to the COLP and COFA.
