This successful retail group has experienced exceptional growth, they are seeking an experienced Accountant to run and manage their Accounts function. Reporting to Management team, your duties will include :

• Monthly Management Accounts including analysis vs budget
• Drafting year end Accounts for the Auditors
• Profit and Loss account
• Balance Sheet
• Cashflow preparation analysis vs budget
• Report for Aged Debtors and Creditors and analysis
• Accruals and prepayments
• Capitalising Fixed assets and monthly depreciation
• Entering PayPal payment invoices and reconciliation
• Quarterly MI Pack
• Rolling budgets and forecasts including cash flows
• Overseeing Sales and Purchase Ledger
• Payroll for 40 people including filing RTI
• Preparing management information for external investors
• VAT returns
• Stock reconciliation
• Managing a small team
