This multi sited organisation based in Loughton, Essex seeks a Management Accountant to support the management in providing high quality financial analysis and running the finance department on a day to day basis. With an initial brief of reviewing processes and controls, duties will include:
- The preparation, production and review of monthly management accounts
- Maintaining the financial records
- Ensure the most efficient use of the departmental staffing resources
- Develop processes and controls
- Improving and understanding financial reports
- Train, manage and motive a small team
- Lead detailed budgets
- Lead the year end process
- Liaise with non financial operational staff
- Reconciliation, banking and collecting of income
- Raising sales invoices
- Ensure purchase orders are raised
- Costing of new initiatives
This role offers the opportunity to lead and manage all financial processes, providing high quality financial analysis for the Director. It is essential to have strong IT skills including Excel.
