Financial Staffing Solutions are currently representing a leading private hospital group based in Essex, they are looking  to recruit a qualified Commercial Finance Manager to join their existing team.

Having recently restructured their finance team, they are seeking an exceptional Accountant  to oversee the finance division. Reporting to the CFO, the successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of monthly management accounts and manage, motivate and train a progressive team.

Duties will also include:

• Management of the budgets
• Responsible for ensuring the day to day running of the finance department
• Monthly management reporting
• Point of contact for external auditors
• Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure
• Implement new controls where required
• Manage team of 11
• Report to CFO

The ideal candidate will have good management reporting experience, staff supervision, clear communication skills and be keen to progress.
