We represent a number of experienced Qualified Accountants with a proven track record in assisting SME’s businesses. They are normally parachuted into the business for a specific project. This is initiated by the firm’s Auditor, external banks, The Directors of the company or private equity investors.

Assignment have included:

• Re organise the finance function, focusing on improving systems, processes and controls and helping recruit a permeant Accountant.
• Advising the MD, providing them with due diligence information prior to an acquisition, then helping integrate the new company into the existing infrastructure.
• Providing a format for Management Accounts managing growing businesses, strategic planning, improving business performance, developing and implementing business procedures, controls and software installations.
